The Guji zone in Ethiopia is known for its high quality, heirloom coffee, with a tea-like, floral flavor profile. Our Guji Bishala exemplifies this region with a bright, pleasantly citric sweetness, and show-stopping floral notes that give a uniquely delicious tasting experience.

For lighter, more tart coffees such as our Guji Bishala, we recommend allowing the coffee to rest for 2 weeks after the roast date to experience the best flavor! A coarser grind size and higher brewing temperature is also highly recommended:
